This event is a combination Friday Competitive Trail Clinic, Saturday Supreme Trail Challenge, Sunday Texas Trail Challenge. You can enter one, two or all three events. Entry fees are separate with discounts for early entry, NCTHA members and more than one family member attending.

~ Ride Details ~

How to Enter: You may pre-enter or show up and enter. To pre-enter, go to the STC website (for the clinic or STC) or the TTC website, download the entry form and snail mail it to the event secretary. (You have the option of online entry at the STC site). To show up and enter, arrive 1 ½ hrs before the day’s start time for check-in.

Entry Fees: Clinic - $25; STC & TTC each - Adults - $50; Juniors - $40. Discounts: Each snail mail entry postmarked at least two weeks prior to event date receives a $5 discount. Each online entry made by the Wednesday before the event also receives the $5 discount. If more than one member of the same family enters a ride, each additional family member receives a $5 discount. And, NCTHA members receive a $5 discount. Entry into both the STC & TTC earns another $5 off both entry fees!

General Information: Come prepared to have fun. Bring your horse’s negative Coggins test and check in on afternoon before the competition ready to enjoy an outing with friendly, horse-loving people in some of Texas’ most beautiful scenery. If you cannot arrive until the morning of the competition, please be at the SeaHorse Ranch by 7:30 a.m. for check-in. Dogs are allowed in camp only. Please keep each on a leash or otherwise confined at all times. Horses may be tied to your trailer, confined in a portable pen (other than electric fencing), or stabled in any safe manner. You may use any kind of tack, but it must include some form of a bridle and saddle.

Judges: Our esteemed judges have thousands of CTR miles under their belts. They are looking forward to testing your skills!

Awards: Clinic participants will receive a Certificate of Completion. The six highest scoring teams in the two classes of STC Levels 1 and 2 and in the seven classes of TTC will receive awards. The six highest scoring teams in the two classes of the STC Training/Clinic Division will be announced at the meeting after the ride. Everyone who finishes will receive a completion award. The highest scoring team from either STC Level 1 or Level 2 will be named the Supreme Trail Champion and will receive a special award.

Camp: Our camp is at the Pole Canyon Ranch in Quitaqua, Texas
