~ Encountering a Bicyclist ~
|
|
| Your
horse can acknowledge the bicyclist
but not refuse to approach or step
from side to side avoiding your cues.
This is a tricky obstacle, be aware
of your horse's feet and make sure
you don't get too close to the bicyclist.
If your horse is moving around too
much and putting others in danger
you will be asked to pass on this
obstacle. |

Example:
- Continue
forward motion on the trail about 10'
from a bicyclist.
- Continue
down trail

Maverick
Example:
- Approach
the bicyclist on the trail.
- Stop
your horse at designated location.
- Count
to 5 (horse's feet not to move), this
is trickier than it sounds.
- Continue
down trail.
