~ How to Enter a Ride ~

Ride fees are $50.00 for Adult/Senior and $40.00 for Junior. NCTHA members receive another $5.00 of the ride fee.

No deposit is necessary to hold your entry or camp site. All money is due at check-in starting on Friday.

To enter a ride follow the directions from the "Ride Info" page of the ride. Most entries can be faxed or emailed.

  • Check-in:

    a) Starts on Friday at 3 p.m. and Saturday at 7 a.m. (for those that are not camping overnight). Riders that are able to check-in on Friday are encouraged to do so, this will ensure the ride starts as scheduled Saturday morning. These times can be adjusted by each ride manager if needed.
    b) Each Rider will receive a number to be worn during the ride for identification.
    c) Horses do not need to be present for check-in.

  • Camping fees are separate and will be designated by ride management for each ride.
  • Points are kept in a database and are available online. Points will accumulate for TTC year end awards and year end awards for NCTHA members.
  • TTC's are limited to an amount designated by ride management.
  • Each Rider/horse combination is considered a team and will be awarded points as such.
