Fees: Entry fee for Adult/Sr: $50.00/ Junior: $40.00 (ages 8 to 12)
Buddy Rider: $20.00

Additional Ranch & Activity Fee per horse: $10

Come enjoy a cool time at the Parrie Haynes Ranch on the West Side of the ranch in the Hilltop Complex. Plenty of electric sites and cabin lodging. Join us at the pool for check in and a swim party starting at noon on Saturday. The ride meeting will begin at 4 pm with ride out at 5 pm for 10 miles of trail and 10 + obstacles. Ride time is approximately 3 hours, the moon will be rising at you get back to camp. AWARDS: S’mores and drinks will be provided at the picnic area at the completion of the ride. We will have ride awards soon after.

But the fun does not stop there! Sunday morning join us for an Orienteering Trail Challenge with more trail, great prizes and lots of folks to share it with.


Camping & Fees:

Camping fee per night is $16 for electric, reserved with paid entry; your site will be assigned when you arrive. Day riding and primitive camping fee is $10 per rig. Riders may set up portable pens, highlines, or tie to trailers. There is a $10 facility fee for each rider. This includes riding the trails for 2 days and use of the pool.

Camping fees are due in advance to reserve your electric and lodging accomodations. Please send fees and entry form to Nancy Williams.

Lodging:

Lone Star House is a 4-bedroom house with living room and kitchen which can sleep 8 comfortably, available for $35 per person. Please provide your own bedding. Please reserve with your paid entry.
